These Terms of Service govern your use of the Collaboration Holidays website and any travel packages, tours, or services booked through us. By submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Bookings & Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have verified availability, communicated the final itinerary and price, and received the agreed payment or deposit. Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may change based on travel dates, group size, and availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Payments

Payment terms (including deposit amounts and final payment deadlines) will be communicated for each booking individually. We accept Internet Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, and QR Code payments. Failure to make payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges and refund eligibility vary by package, hotel, and travel dates, and are detailed in our Refund Policy. Third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and transport providers may apply their own cancellation terms, which will be passed on to you as part of the booking.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (ID, passport, visas), meet any health or vaccination requirements for your destination, and arrive on time for all scheduled transport, check-ins, and activities. We are not responsible for losses arising from missed travel documents or late arrivals.

6. Limitation of Liability

Collaboration Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers (hotels, transport operators, activity providers). While we carefully vet our partners, we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, or supplier-side service failures.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
